I, the legal guardian to my student(s), give full permission for Logansport Church to transport my student(s) to and from events in church vehicles driven by insured adults. I give permission for Current Youth and Logansport church to share photos of my student(s) in church announcements, newsletters, and on the private Current Youth Instagram page. This agreement begins at time of signature and ends on May 31st, 2024.
