Join Us Easter Week at logansport church!
Services begin on Thursday before Easter Sunday. We have a time of examination, worship, communion, and foot washing together as a church family around the table. It is a moving two hours of looking at the last time Jesus ate with his disciples before going to the cross.
Every year, we take a look at the cross. Good Friday is a time when we examine what Jesus went through for us; for you! The sin of the world was laid on the back of the son of God and he took death over living without you for eternity. Join us at 7:00 pm on Good Friday for an evening you will never forget. Communion will never be the same again.
The resurrection took place early in the morning! As soon as the sun came up, the women wanted to go and prepare Jesus' body. But by the time they arrived, there was no body to prepare! Jesus was alive! The angels knew it. The guards knew it. Jesus knew it. And before long, the world would know it. Jesus Christ is Alive! Hymn Service begins at 8:30 am on Easter Sunday Morning followed by Easter Praise Services at 10 am and 11:30 am!
After a time of fasting for the 40 days during Lent, Easter Sunrise Breakfast is a time to put the fast behind us and celebrate the risen king! Jesus said that we can't fast when the bridegroom is present. Jesus is alive and we must celebrate. Breakfast is from 8:00 am to 8:30 am.
The King of kings and the Lord of lords is alive! At 8:30 am, 10 am, and 11:30 am on Easter Sunday, we will celebrate with the rest of the world the risen King! Christianity is the only religion that serves a risen savior. Every other religion has a tomb to show for its founder. Not Christianity! An empty grave is the proof that Jesus is our soon and coming King! Join us for the celebration!
